We've been dealing with an interesting question recently, "What does "certification" mean"?

• Does it mean attending a session and receiving information?
• Does it mean passing a test that shows that you understand the material?
• Does it mean implementing these ideas in real world situations?
• Does it mean proficiency and showing that you can drive performance improvements by leveraging what you learned?

No doubt people would answer this question many ways.

We are feeling that the answer is, "All of the above" and probably a few other things as well.
