What a cool week this has been. I recently returned from a great client session in Australia - bright group of people, fantastic location, great teammate to work with (Bill Larner)... What could be better? 

After getting back, we headed up north for a long weekend with the family to celebrate the start of summer and remember the sacrifices others have made on our behalf. That alone would be a highlight, but there is more.

After the weekend ended, a core group of leaders from the IMPAX team got together for a meeting of the minds. Dan Kosch and I were joined by Mike Brown, Jay Carthaus, Pat Ryan, Tammy Ubl, Bill Larner, Todd Hendries, Chris Smith, Andy Jensen, Tom Martine, and the newest member of the team, Brittany Shonka. This talented group represents strategy, finance, service delivery (facilitation, consulting, coaching, enablement), BD and marketing, and we were focused on how we can continue to grow in our ability to serve our clients. We were focused on topics that were both strategic and tactical, and got a lot of work done. We also had a lot of laughs. Pretty typical for an IMPAX team meeting - productive, fun, and kind of exhausting!
