I had a chance to spend part of last week with a leadership group from one of our clients. They came together to strengthen their ability to coach their teams to greater success. I was inspired, because each of them was already very talented, but they just want to get better. They understand that, as individuals, they can only achieve so much, but if they leverage their talents over a broader group they can accomplish so much more.

This company really understands that you can't scale a business based on personality, but you can scale a business based on process and coaching.

We referenced a simple quote from the Harvard Business Review that says so much, "The goal of coaching is to make the most of an organization's most valuable assets." Nowhere is this more true than with a sales organization!
