I have the pleasure of spending much of this week with a client at their International Sales Meeting at a beautiful spot, the Paradisus Resort in Playa Del Carmen. Wow, how great is this? Especially given the fact that we are expecting ice and snow in Minneapolis! Their theme is "No Limits", is a great theme for a sales meeting, especially one set early in the year when they are celebrating great success from 2011 and putting plans (and higher quotas!) in place for 2012. It's a good reminder that all too often we fail to celebrate success, we just move on to the next task or opportunity. Sales, account management and sales leadership are challenging positions, but can be very rewarding too!
