At IMPAX we consider ourselves so fortunate for so many reasons (a great team and inspiring clients top the list). One of the things we are thankful for is the fact that our sales and account management process is immediately usable. It's not theoretical, it's practical and effective, and as a result our clients put it to work. And work it does! In fact, we hear success stories from our clients on a weekly and even daily basis. As an example, here is an excerpt from a client who made their first IMPAX presentation 1 week after completing a 3 day workshop:

"The presentation went AMAZING. The CEO and CIO stopped me in the middle of the customer section (POSI) to say, 'This is the best presentation I've ever seen. Are you reading my mind?' and 'Wow, you did a great job. Please continue, I want to hear more'. That was the VERY best experience I've had in a meeting."

This was 1 week after the training! Imagine how she will feel after she has a chance to hone her skills even further. We are so fortunate to get this kind of feedback on a regular basis. It definitely keeps the juices flowing.
